Empathy: Making Hard Moments Less Hard
Empathy combines AI and human care to support people through life's hardest moments, which rarely come one at a time. Our challenge was to bring its new chapter to life in a visual language that feels human, calm, and clear.
The Process
AI is often seen as cold and technical. We wanted to push it to its edge and turn it into an emotional tool. Instead of using it for polish, we used it to create intimate, human scenes that capture loss, care, and change, the moments Empathy exists for.
Around these scenes, UI design shows how the platform supports people in practice, and motion connects everything, letting one moment flow into the next, the same way life events do.
Throughout the project, our focus was on understanding Empathy's purpose and translating it into design: a sensitive subject, told with warmth and without losing clarity.
